Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGES

Harrison James does not offer any exchanges for any size or style. 

Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock upon the items return nor can stock be reserved or put aside. We also print per order and do not hold printed stock on hand.

If you ordered the incorrect size please contact harrisonjamesprojects@gmail.com immediately after your purchase for this to be changed and updated. Please be aware there is no guarantee that we will be able to adjust your order after it has been placed. 

RETURNS

All sales are final.

We only accept returns or exchanges for faulty/damaged product or if an incorrect item was received.

Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 7 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The item/s MUST be in ORIGINAL and UNWORN condition, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. 

Harrison James has the right to deny any item/s that aren't in the original condition and appear to be worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way will be refused. If the item does not meet the original condition, the returned items will not be sent back to the customer. 

We will send you a return label once we have confirmed your item faulty or an incorrect item was received.

PRE ORDER 

NO exchanges or refunds on any Pre order items. 

 FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please contact harrisonjamesprojects@gmail.com with supporting images and we will assess as to what action to take next. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Harrison James. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

* Please carefully read the care instructions for the garment. If they are not followed you will not be liable for a refund or exchange. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.

We accept all major credit and debits cards, as well as PayPal.

Afterpay

Afterpay is only available for New Zealand and Australian residents at this time. If Afterpay is not showing up at checkout, you need to change the currency to AUD.

You will be charged in AUD.

Help with a promo code or gift card code.

Promo code not applying? Just make sure it’s valid for all items in your order. Gift Voucher codes need to be entered separately - if you’re having any trouble applying either of these just send through a screenshot of the page that displays so we can help!


Shipping

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Duties and taxes are not included on all international orders. The charges are  the responsibility of the customer.
All countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials.  Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery. Please note, If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, it will be sent back to us and you will not be refunded.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time for orders is 3-10 business days. Orders are processed Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 4:30pm. 

Once your order has been printed and packed, it will be shipped out using the following carrier: AUS POST. 

Once shipped, you will receive either an email or SMS text with the tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, you need to contact the courier. 

SHIPPING TIME

We only offer Express shipping.

Australia: Express: 1- 5 Business days

International: Express: 3-10 business days

Sometimes parcels may get held at customs which will increase the arrival time.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only.  

Harrison James is not responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly. 

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES 

Harrison Jameswill not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.

> DISCLAIMER

Due to our tees being embroidered individually after each purchase, production time varies and usually occurs within 2-10 business days from purchase. As they are individually embroidered, there may be very minimal variations in the size of each embroidery. We try our best to make sure this does not happen; however, we acknowledge that this sometimes does occur. We hope you enjoy our tees as much as we like designing them!

All our blanks are resourced in Sydney, Australia.

Due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on our Harrison Jamesstore can differ from their actual colours. Harrison James cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

 

> LEGALITIES

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. 

The seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.


> SECRUITY

Security for the safety of your personal information, Harrison James store uses STRIPE PAYMENT GATEWAY / SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser window when SSL is activated.
